生态情境下双元网络拼凑对新创企业绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：双元网络拼凑成为创业生态系统情境下新创企业突破资源限制,构筑可持续竞争优势的重要途径。以典型创业生态系统的新创企业为研究对象,收集342份有效问卷,剖析探索式和利用式网络拼凑以及二者间的互补性和平衡性对新创企业绩效的直接影响,并检验吸收能力在上述作用关系中的调节作用。结果表明:(1)在创业生态系统中,探索式和利用式网络拼凑有助于新创企业绩效的提升;(2)在创业生态系统中,双元网络拼凑的互补性和平衡性有利于新创企业绩效的改善;(3)在创业生态系统中,吸收能力分别强化了探索式网络拼凑、利用式网络拼凑以及双元网络拼凑互补性与新创企业绩效之间的正向关系。Faced with the dual dilemma of environmental uncertainty and new disadvantages,start-ups join the entrepreneurial ecosystem and build the network relationships with other actors to conduct bricolage on the complementary resources such as knowledge,information and technology,so as to survive and grow.However,how to comprehensively use the network relationships in the ecosystem to promote the network bricolage activities to build competitive advantage quickly and flexibly has not been well answered.The existing studies mainly focus on the concept definition and function of network bricolage.The research on the types and theoretical connotation of deconstruction network bricolage is insufficient,and there is a lack of analysis of its effect and large sample empirical test.Based on this,combined with the resource bricolage theory and organizational ambidexterity view,the study puts forward the concept of ambidexterous network bricolage,compares and analyzes the bricolage basis,bricolage methods,bricolage objectives,advantages and disadvantages of exploratory network bricolage and exploitative network bricolage,and emphasizes that the complementarity and balance of ambidexterous network bricolage can help start-ups make up for the shortcomings of over reliance on single network bricolage,it helps to balance short-term and long-term benefits.Therefore,based on the research situation of entrepreneurial ecosystem,this paper discusses the mechanism of the complementarity and balance of exploratory network bricolage,exploitative network bricolage and ambidexterous network bricolage on the new firm performance.At the same time,following the theoretical logic of the knowledge-based view,the absorptive capacity is introduced as the moderator to explore the contingency role of absorptive capacity in the above relationships.342 valid questionnaires are collected from start-ups in China’s typical entrepreneurial ecosystem.Based on the multi-level regression analysis by using statistical analysis software SPSS 24.0,the results
