摘 要:为了抑制机枪系统结构振动并提高其射击精度,根据某12.7 mm重机枪发射过程中结构变形特性,设计了3种结构支撑方案(枪管结构局部加强,机枪系统整体前、后支撑)。并借助刚柔耦合动力学、外弹道理论对各方案枪口动力学响应特性、射弹散布进行计算。研究结果表明:对枪管结构进行局部刚度加强时,不仅无法减少枪口振动,还会增加枪管变形,该方案并不可行。机枪系统整体前、后支撑方案均能够显著抑制枪口以及枪身振动,并且连发过程中,弹头初始扰动稳定速度较快,波动程度较小,可分别将射击精度参数R_(100)提高54%、44%左右,R_(50)提高6%、84%左右。In order to suppress the structural vibration and improve firing accuracy of the machine gun system,three kinds of support structures(barrel strengthening,front and rear supporting for the whole machine gun system)were then designed according to a 12.7 mm heavy machine gun system.Both muzzle dynamic responses and shot dispersions of different cases were then studied with aids of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics and external ballistics theory.The results showed that strengthening the barrel structure is not advisable for that it will increase the muzzle vibration and barrel deformation.The muzzle and gun body vibration will be significantly suppressed when adopting front or rear supporting structure.In addition to this,the bullets will soon achieve more stable with little fluctuation.The firing accuracy parameters(R100,R50)can be improved by about 54%,44%and 6%,84%,respectively.Front and rear supporting structure can effectively improve the firing accuracy of the machine gun system.
