摘  要:针对三相逆变器死区效应导致PMSM电流畸变的问题,对死区效应产生的原因进行了详细分析,得到了死区电压计算公式,并提出了一种基于跟踪微分器的死区补偿策略。应用跟踪微分器构建带有相位补偿的滤波器对PMSM的d,q轴电流进行滤波。将其反变换到三相静止坐标系下,得到正确的相电流极性。计算死区电压,并进行死区补偿。仿真及实验结果可知,基于跟踪微分器的死区补偿策略能有效滤除电流噪声,解决由于死区效应引起的电流畸变的问题。An effective approach for dead-time compensation of three-phase inverter based on tracking differentiator was presented. The causes of dead-time effect were analyzed and the calculation formula were obtained. The tracking differentiator was used to construct a filter with phase compensation to filter the d,q current of PMSM. the d,q current was inversely transformed into the three-phase stationary coordinate system to obtain the correct phase current polarity. The dead time voltage was calculated and the dead-time compensation was carried out. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively filter the current noise and solve the distortion of current caused by dead-time effect.
