摘  要:为提高城际铁路黄土路基压实质量,结合当前主流压实设备研究了黄土填料路基振碾特性,分析了水对黄土路基稳定性的影响。结果表明:压实度最大为原则,最优碾压方式为振动压路机静压1遍、强振6~8遍、静压收面1~2遍;松铺厚度分别为30、35、40 cm时,22 t振动压路机最大可压实水平分别为0.956、0.953、0.913;路基基床底层最大可压实厚度为30 cm、路基基床底层以下路堤最大可压实厚度为35 cm;施工含水率处于重型击实试验确定的最佳含水率(ω-2)%~ω%时,黄土易于压实;随黄土路基压实系数增大,黄土颗粒排列更为密实、孔隙率相应减小、可渗透性降低,致使压实黄土崩解速率极值降低、完全崩解时间延迟。因此,提高压实系数可有效提升黄土的耐崩解性,从而改善黄土路基水稳定性。In order to improve the compaction quality of the loess subgrade of the intercity railway,the vibration characteristics of the loess filled subgrade were studied with the current mainstream compaction equipment,and the influence of water on the stability of the loess subgrade was analyzed.The results show that:the principle of maximum compaction is the principle,and the optimal rolling method is vibratory roller static pressure 1 time,strong vibration 6~8 times,static pressure closing 1~2 times.When the loose paving thickness is 30,35,40 cm,respectively,the maximum compaction level of 22 t vibratory roller is 0.956,0.953,0.913 respectively.The maximum compactable thickness of the bottom of the subgrade bed is 30 cm,and the maximum compactable thickness of the embankment below the bottom of the subgrade bed is 35 cm;the construction moisture content is at the optimal moisture content(ω-2)%~ω%determined by the heavy compaction test.Loess is easy to compact;With the increase of the compaction coefficient of loess subgrade,the arrangement of loess particles becomes denser,the porosity decreases correspondingly,and the permeability decreases,resulting in a decrease in the extreme value of the disintegration rate of the compacted loess and a delay in the complete disintegration time.Therefore,increasing the compaction coefficient can effectively improve the disintegration resistance of loess,thereby improving the water stability of the loess subgrade.
