摘　　要：本文运用哈佛分析框架通过对宏观经济环境与行业整体情况进行分析,对行业所处的经营发展周期进行确定;随后分析行业利润增长能力和行业结构对盈利能力的影响,鉴别行业发展中可能面临的机会及风险,为促进电力行业进一步可持续发展提供参考。This study uses the Harvard analysis framework to determine the business development cycle of the industry by analyzing the macroeconomic environment and the overall situation of the industry.Then it analyzes the impact of industry profi t growth capacity and industry structure on profi tability,identifi es the opportunities and risks that the industry may face in development,and provides reference for promoting the further sustainable development of the electric power industry.
