联络纤维的多普勒组织成像对脑白质疏松合并轻度认知功能障碍患者的诊断价值

摘　　要：认知功能受损是脑白质疏松(LA)的症状之一,量表测评无法全面评估LA患者认知功能,可能致使治疗延误。联络纤维的多普勒组织成像可反映神经纤维连接完整程度,这有助于更好地评定LA区域联络纤维情况。本文就联络纤维的多普勒组织成像对LA合并轻度认知功能障碍患者的诊断价值的相关研究进展作一综述。Cognitive dysfunction is one of symptoms of leukoaraiosis(LA).Scale assessment cannot fully assess cognitive function of LA patients,which may delay treatment.Doppler tissue imaging of contact fibers can reflect completeness of nerve fiber connections,which helps to better assess condition of contact fibers in LA area.The present article makes a review on related research progress of diagnostic value of Doppler tissue imaging of contact fibers for LA patients with mild cognitive impairment.
