摘　　要：宋明理学是儒学体系发展的重大转折,在治学方法上对儒医研究中医经典《伤寒杂病论》产生了尊经不泥古、阐发新义和格物致知求医理、由虚转实等影响,并促使儒医从"辨证论治派""错简重订派"等编写体例,以及诗歌、律赋、笔记实体录、札记、表格、图表、歌诀等文学形式来研究撰写伤寒金匮类著作,推动了伤寒金匮类著作的学术思想的创新及不同学派的形成,在仲景学术的传承和发展中具有一定的历史地位及影响。Neo Confucianism in the Song and Ming Dynasties was a major turning point in the tem.In terms of academic metliods,it has had an impact on Confucian medicineY study of tlie classic of Chinese medicine Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,such as respecting the classics but not adhering to the meanings,learning from materials and knowledge,seeking medical theory,and from theoretical research to urged Confucian doctors to study and write works of cold damage and Golden Cabinet fromthe writing tiation and treatment school”and”reordering of misplaced passages in a book school”,as well as literary forms such as poetry,rhymes,notes,notes,tables,charts and rhymes,which promoted the innovation of academic ideas and the formation of diferent schools of thought of typhoid golden chamber works,It has a certain historical position and influence in opment of Zhang Zhongjing academic.
