从阴阳学说重审肝脏体用

摘　　要：阴阳学说是中医理论体系中最基本的模型之一,在中医理论形成与发展过程中起到了重要作用。随着阴阳学说应用范围越来越广泛,中医理论中很多"阴阳"二字的含义已经开始与阴阳学说的本意产生偏离。明清时期医家多认为五脏皆体阴用阳,而今人多提肝体阴用阳,两者的差别能看出对阴阳学说的理解与运用的不同。通过系统梳理阴阳学说,发现运用阴阳学说需说明阴阳所指的对象和区分角度,肝体阴用阳中的"阴阳"不符合这一特点,认为"肝体阴中之阴,用阳中之阳",明确阴阳所指对象和区分角度,完善肝脏体用理论,并论述了其依据与意义。Yin-yang theory is one of the most basic models in the theoretical system of Chinese medicine and plays an important role in the formation and development of Chinese medicine theory.However, with the more and more extensive application of yin yang theory, the meaning of many words "yin and yang" in Chinese medicine theory has begun to deviate from the original meaning of yin yang theory.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, doctors believed that all the five internal organs used yin and yang, while today people often mention liver being substantial yin and functional yang.The difference between the two can see the difference in the understanding and application of the theory of yin and yang.By systematically combing the theory of yin and yang, it is found that the application of the theory of yin and yang needs to explain the object and differentiation angle of yin and yang.The "yin and yang" in the use of yang in the liver body yin does not meet this characteristic.It is considered that "the liver is yin within yin and its function is yang within yang",clarify the object and differentiation angle of yin and yang, improve the liver body theory, and discuss its basis and significance.
