摘　　要：上海合作组织(以下简称上合组织)作为一个综合性区域合作组织致力于构建更加紧密的命运共同体,对应对全球日益增多的共同挑战、维护多边主义和国际规则具有重要的现实意义。本研究对上合组织的工作语言与教育语言进行深入的阐释,观察上合组织大学的语言教育状况,了解上合组织在处理现实语言问题中的政策实践,进而对影响上合组织语言政策的动因加以分析。期望本研究能够为我国面向上海合作组织的语言问题提供现实依据和政策参考。As a comprehensive regional cooperation organization committed to building a closer community of destiny,the SCO is of great relevance to the global response to the growing number of common challenges and the maintenance of multilateralism and international rules.This study provides an indepth explanation of the working and educational languages of the SCO,and takes language education in SCO universities as an example to understand the policy practices of the SCO in dealing with reallife language issues,and then analyzes the motives that influence the language policy of the SCO.It is expected that this study will provide a practical basis and policy reference for China\s language issues in the SCO.
