摘　　要：目的:制订DRG分组的药物治疗临床路径,为医保支付方式改革提供参考。方法:以急性白血病RB11组为例,把该组的药品按照药理作用进行分类,采用循证药学的方法,制订具体品种的用法用量及使用疗程。结果:形成急性白血病RB11组各治疗环节和应对常见并发症的优先用药方案和备选用药方案。结论:通过循证方法制订药物治疗临床路径,可以规范临床医生用药,为DRG支付提供参考依据。同时,可彰显药师作用,助力药学服务转型升级。Objective:Formulate the clinical drug pathways of the DRG groups to provide pharmaceutical support for the reform of medical insurance payment.Methods:Taking the RB11 group of acute leukemia as an example,the drugs in this group were classified according to their pharmacological effects,and the purpose of each drug was analyzed by the method of evidence-based pharmacy.First confirmed whether these medications have indications,then developed the preferred medicines and alternatives,and finally formulated the specific usage,dosage and treatment course.Results:Developed the priority and alternative medications of the therapeutic process and common complications in the RB11 group of acute leukemia.Conclusion:Using evidence-based pharmacy methods to formulate clinical drug pathways can standardize the use of drugs for clinicians and it also provides a basis for DRG payment.At the same time,it can also demonstrate the role of pharmacists and help the transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical services.
