摘 要:基于电子直线加速器的放射治疗已进入图像引导放射治疗时代。图像引导方式有电离辐射及非电离辐射两类,前者包括电子射野影像系统、锥形束计算机断层扫描引导系统;后者包括超声引导系统、电磁追踪系统、核磁引导系统及光学表面成像(Optical Surface Imaging,OSI)系统。在临床应用成本、临床使用范围、临床准确性和重复性、患者使用舒适度及患者辐射安全性方面,OSI系统都具有自身独特的优势。本文总结近年来OSI系统在不同部位肿瘤放疗中的应用及存在的问题,以期为临床提高靶区治疗精确度提供帮助。Radiation therapy based on electron linear accelerator has entered the era of image guided radio therapy.There are two types of image guidance:ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation.The former includes electron portal imaging system and cone beam computer tomography guidance system.The latter includes ultrasonic guidance system,electromagnetic tracking system,nuclear magnetic guidance system and optical surface imaging(OSI)system.OSI system has its own unique advantages in clinical application,the scope of clinical application,clinical accuracy and repeatability,patient comfort and radiation safety.This paper summarized the application and problems of OSI system in radiotherapy of different tumor sites in recent years,in order to provide help for improving the accuracy of target therapy.
