摘  要:面向水电工程运行期资产难管理、数据壁垒等问题,引入BIM+GIS技术可有效整合工程各阶段结构化、非结构化数据,实现工程数字化、数据资产化,提高管理工作效率;以全生命周期管理为基础,以数字化转型为驱动,结合BIM+GIS技术,构建安全监测管理平台,提出B平台土石坝三维设计解决方案,建立精细化三维模型,以唯一编码贯穿设备管理全流程,采集融合多源数据,对内对外提供服务支撑,平台主要功能包括可视化展示、监测仪器管理、数据管理及分析等;平台在湖北省某土石坝进行应用,应用效果良好,为工程数智化运维打下坚实基础。Considering the problems such as difficult assets management and data barriers during the operation stage of hydropower engineering,the BIM+GIS technology is introduced to effectively integrate structured and unstructured data in every stage and facilitate the digitization of engineering and capitalization of data.Combined with this technology,a system for safety monitoring management is constructed,which is based on the whole life cycle management and driven by digital transformation.In addition,a three-dimensional(3 D) design solution for earth-rock dams based on Bentley software is put forward to build a fine 3 D model with unique codes connected to the whole process of instrument management.Thus,multi-source data are collected and integrated into this system to ensure system applications.The system functions mainly include visual displays,monitoring instrument management,as well as data management and analysis.The application of the system in earth-rock dams in Hubei Province shows good results,which has laid a solid foundation for the digital and intelligent operation and maintenance of engineering.
