乡村振兴战略下涉农高职院校农业人才培养的路径探析

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是新时期我国作出的重大战略决策,为涉农高职院校的人才培养带来历史性的机遇。为适应现代农业转型升级和新旧动能转换的新趋势,涉农高职院校应该在专业建设、人才培养模式、社会服务职能等方面进行优化和革新。总结了提高农业人才培养质量的一系列举措,以期为涉农高职院校人才培养理清思路、完善理念提供有益借鉴。Rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic decision and deployment made by the state in the new period,which brings historical opportunities for the cultivation of talents in agriculture-related higher vocational colleges.In order to adapt to the new trend of the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture and the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,agricultural higher vocational colleges should optimize and reform the professional construction,talent training mode,social service function and so on.This paper put forward a series of measures to improve the trainingquality of agricultural talents,so as to provide useful references for clarifying the training ideas and improving the thoughts for the talent training in higher vocational colleges.
