摘  要:针对离合器齿毂型轧中回弹现象明显和几何精度低的问题,以薄壁筒形件作为坯料,开展了离合器齿毂型轧工艺研究。分析了齿毂型轧工艺相关的运动规律、材料流动特性和受力特点。为研究减薄率对成形件回弹量的影响,对型轧后的离合器齿毂内外齿形尺寸进行测量,获得了回弹量沿齿毂高度方向的分布规律及减薄率对成形件回弹量的影响规律。结果表明:回弹量随着成形件高度的增加而增加,随减薄率的增加而减小;回弹是由壁厚减薄后残余应力引起的弯曲变形;随着减薄率的增大,成形件弯矩和回弹量减小。Aiming at the problems of explicit springback and low geometric accuracy in clutch hub profile rolling,taking the thin-walled cylinder as blank,the profile rolling process of hub was studied.The motion rules,material flow characteristics and force characteristics of hub rolling process were analyzed.To study the influence of thinning rate on the springback amount of formed parts,the internal and external dimensions of profile rolled clutch hub were measured,and the distribution law of springback amount along the direction of hub height,as well as the influence law of thinning rate on the springback of the formed parts was obtained.The results show that the springback amount increases with the increase of the height of formed part and decreases with the increase of thinning rate;the springback is the result of bending deformation,which is caused by the residual stress after the wall thickness is thinned;with the increase of thinning rate,the bending moment and springback amount of the formed parts are decreased.
