摘  要:肥胖被列为全球最大的慢性疾病之一,其最主要的危害在于增加了其他疾病的患病风险,影响了人们的身材以及形象。因此,减肥成为当今社会的一大需求。该研究将受试者分为低氧组、常氧组两组,进行为期8周的跑步运动,8周内受试者全程佩戴华为4 Pro运动手环,用于监测其运动心率、日常运动步数、睡眠等情况,通过华为4 Pro运动手环、意大利K5心肺功能仪、佳明光学式心率带、荷兰potomon肌氧测试系统等可穿戴设备对受试者进行跑步监测,并记录最大摄氧量、心率、肌氧等数据,以及运用体成分测量仪对身体成分(身高、体重、BMI、体脂率、肌肉量、基础代谢等数据)进行了测量。结果表明:(1)低氧环境下跑步减肥效果优于常氧环境;(2)跑步运动可促进心肺耐力的提高,且低氧环境下效果更好;(3)实验后,低氧组、常氧组运动中肌肉氧利用率提高。Obesity is listed as one of the largest chronic diseases in the world.The main harm of obesity is that it increases the risk of other diseases,as well as affecting people's figures and images.Therefore,loosing weight has become a major demand in today's society.In this study,the subjects were divided into hypoxia group and normoxia group for running for 8 weeks.Within 8 weeks,the subjects wore Huawei 4Pro exercise bracelet to monitor their exercise heart rate,daily exercise steps,sleep,etc.The Dutch potomon muscle oxygen test system and other wearable devices monitored the subjects'running,recorded the maximum oxygen uptake,heart rate,muscle oxygen and other data,and measured the body composition(height,weight,BMI,body fat rate,muscle mass,basic metabolism and other data)with the body composition measuring instrument.The results show that:(1)The effect of running in hypoxic environment is better than that in normoxic environment;(2)Running can promote the improvement of cardiopulmonary endurance,and the effect is better in hypoxic environment;(3)After the experiment,the utilization rate of muscle oxygen in hypoxic group and normoxia group increased.
