摘　　要：由于2020年初的特殊情况突然而至,整个社会运转速度变得缓慢,经济发展开始几近停止,疫情当下的大学生创业就业也成为了社会关注的热点。目前,大学生创业就业较为困难的问题主要有:一是整体企业方面提供的岗位供不应求,同时面临学生能力与岗位需求不匹配的情况;二是整体高校方面的创业就业教育和服务需要进一步加强;三是整体大学生方面的各类能力有待进一步提高。该文针对这3个方面问题分别提出了对应的对策。Due to the sudden arrival of the special situation at the beginning of 2020,the operation speed of the whole society has become slow,and the economic development has almost stopped.Nowadays,college students’entrepreneurship and employment has also become the focus of social attention.Currently,the main problems of college students’entrepreneurship and employment are:Firstly,the supply of jobs in the overall enterprise is in short supply,and at the same time,the students’ability does not match the job demand;Secondly,entrepreneurship and employment education and services in colleges and universities need to be further strengthened;Thirdly,the overall abilities of college students need to be further improved.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these three problems.
