软肝化瘀方联合穴位离子导入治疗肝纤维化合并失眠患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察软肝化瘀方联合穴位离子导入治疗肝纤维化合并失眠患者的临床疗效。方法:纳入肝纤维化合并失眠患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组患者42例,给予西医常规治疗及穴位离子导入治疗;治疗组患者42例,在对照组基础上加用软肝化瘀方治疗,疗程均为4个月。治疗4个月后,观察两组患者疗效、治疗前后肝纤维化Ishak评分、血清肝纤维化指标、免疫功能指标、肝功能指标和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:治疗4个月后,治疗组患者总有效率为89.74%,对照组患者总有效率为76.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者Ishak评分、PSQI评分、血清肝纤维化及肝功能指标较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组患者下降更显著(P<0.05),血清免疫功能指标较同组治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论:软肝化瘀方联合穴位离子导入可降低肝纤维化合并失眠患者肝纤维化Ishak评分和PSQI评分,降低血清肝纤维化指标,改善肝功能,增强人体免疫力,改善睡眠质量,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruangan Huayu Decoction combined with acupoint iontophoresis in the treatment of patients with liver fibrosis and insomnia.Methods:A total of 84 patients with liver fibrosis and insomnia were selected in our hospital,and these 84 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The 42 patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment and iontophoresis at acupoints.The 42 patients in the treatment group were treated with Ruangan Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 months.After 4 months of treatment,the therapeutic effects,Ishak scores of liver fibrosis,serum liver fibrosis indexes,immune function indexes,liver function indexes,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:After 4 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.31%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the two groups of Ishak score,PSQI score,serum liver fiber Chemical and liver function indexes were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the decline in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05),and serum immune function indexes were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group The increase was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruangan Huayu Recipe combined with acupoint iontophoresis can reduce the Ishak score and PSQI score of patients with liver fibrosis,reduce serum liver fibrosis indicators,improve liver function,enhance human immunity,improve sleep therapy,and have significant clinical effects.
