摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软/硬单体,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐(CO-436)作为阴离子型环保乳化剂,改性磷酸酯单体(158)为交联剂,十二硫醇或3-巯基丙酸丁酯为分子量调节剂,通过预乳化-半连续乳液聚合法制备出塑胶用高性能水性压敏胶(PSA)。系统研究了单体比例、改性交联剂和分子量调节剂的种类和含量对水性压敏胶的耐水性、耐湿热老化及粘接性能的影响。通过红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪和热失重分析仪对固化前后压敏胶样品进行了结构和性能表征。最后,对涂布后胶带的初黏力和持黏力进行测试表征。结果表明,当BA与MMA质量比为6.67/1,158加入量为2.5%且3-巯基丙酸丁酯为0.15%时,制备得到的水性压敏胶具有较低的粘度、优异的初粘力、持粘力及耐热老化性能。Plastic used high-performance water-based pressure sensitive adhesives(PSA) was prepared by pre-emulsification semi-continuous emulsion polymerization method with methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) as soft/hard monomers, nononyphenol polyvinyl ether ammonium sulfate(CO-436) as an anionic environment-friendly emulsifier, modified phosphate monomer(158) as a crosslinker, and dodithiol or 3-butyl mercaptopropionate as molecular weight regulators. The effects of the types and content of monomer mass ratio, modified crosslinkers and molecular weight modulators on the water resistance, moisture-heat aging and bonding properties of water-based pressure-sensitive adhesives were systematically studied. The structure and properties of water-based pressure-sensitive adhesives before and after curing were characterized by infrared spectrum, differential scanning calorimeter and heat-weight analyzer. Finally, the initial and holding viscosity of the coated samples was tested and characterized. The results indicated that the prepared water-based pressure sensitive had low viscosity, excellent primary viscosity, holding viscosity and thermo-stability when the mass ratio of BA and MMA was 6.67/1, mass fraction of 158 and butyl 3-mercaptopropionate was 2.5 % and 0.15 %, respectively.
