摘  要:在新工科和绿色冶金背景下,冶金工程专业要求培养具有创新意识和跨界整合能力的人才。学科交叉能够培养学生创新意识,增强学生的创新能力和前沿研究的能力。本文以江西理工大学冶金工程专业教育为例,分析材料、冶金、化学和新能源学科之间的有机联系,探索学科交叉教育的人才培养策略和发展方向。从课程改革、毕业设计选题和教学模式改革三个方面进行了学科交叉教学改革实践。Training in metallurgy engineering major demands qualified personnel with ability of innovation consciousness and cross-border integration under the background of new engineering and green Metallurgical Process. Interdisciplinary can cultivate innovation consciousness, strength ability of innovation and frontier research. In this paper, metallurgy major education in JiangXi University of Science and Technology was taken as an example to analyze organic connection between majors of Material, Metallurgy, Chemistry and New Energy, explore talents cultivation strategy and development direction of interdisciplinary. Teaching reforms of interdisciplinary were conducted in curriculum reform, graduation design topic-selecting and teaching model reform.
