摘　　要：基于成渝双城经济圈建设的人才需要,探索化工专业研究生跨界培养模式。结合成渝双城经济圈建设需求,以企业需求为导向,培养学术与应用兼备的化工专业研究生。构建"成渝双城经济圈"高校-企业-市场-学生协同培养模式,突出专业研究特色、优化教学课程内容、强化技术创新意识,提高研究生创新与实践能力,培养出学术与技术型兼具的化工专业研究生。Based on the talent needs of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing city economic circle, this paper explores the cross-border cultivate mode of chemical engineering postgraduates. Combined with the construction needs of Chengdu-Chongqing city economic circle and guided by the needs of enterprises, it is necessary to cultivate chemical engineering postgraduates with both academic and application. By constructing the university enterprise market student collaborative cultivate mode of “Chengdu-Chongqing City Economic Circle”, highlighting the characteristics of professional research, optimizing the content of teaching courses and strengthening the awareness of technological innovation, we can improve the innovation and practical ability of postgraduates and cultivate chemical industry postgraduates with both academic and technological types.
