摘  要:本文研究了某汽油机缸内直喷(Gasoline Direct Injection,GDI)发动机二次喷油策略对自然吸气直喷发动机燃烧性能、经济性和排放性的影响规律,优化了二次喷射比例和时刻,为该类型发动机相关参数优化提供了数据积累和依据。试验工况下,随着二次喷油比例的增加,燃烧质量变差,缸内爆发压力降低,缸内燃烧温度降低,碳氢和颗粒物排放有小幅上升。而对二次喷油时刻而言,存在最优喷油时刻使得发动机燃烧性能和排放特性都为最优。本试验中最优的二次喷油时刻为160°CA,该参数的推迟或提前都将恶化发动机的燃烧和排放性能。The effects of the secondary injection strategy on a naturally aspirated GDI engine combustion,economy and emission performance were researched and secondary injection parameters were optimized.It provided the data and basis for the optimization of related parameters of this type of engine.The results show that the increase of second injection ratio cause the deterioration of combustion quality as well as the small rise of THC and PN emissions under given condition.The combustion pressure and temperature in cylinder is lower.In terms of second injection timing,an optimal injection timing which makes the combustion and emissions performance best.The optimal second injection timing is 160°CA in this test,delay or advance of the second injection timing is bad for combustion and emissions.
