摘  要:为降低重型自卸车底盘振动,提高乘坐舒适性,建立了动力总成四点悬置系统模型。利用打击中心和能量解耦理论对悬置软垫的位置及刚度进行了优化,计算并分析了优化前后动力总成悬置系统的模态频率及能量分布。优化后动力总成悬置系统模态频率有效地避开了发动机的怠速激励从而避免了共振,同时各自由度下的解耦率也大幅提高。通过定置试验对优化方案进行了验证,测试结果表明优化后的振动水平明显降低,发动机怠速运转时各测点振动加速度降低30%以上,中高转速下驾驶室内测点振动也有所改善,总体舒适性得到了提升。In order to reduce the chassis vibration of heavy dump truck and improve ride comfort,a four point mounting system model of powertrain is established;The position and rigidity of the mounts are optimized by using the center of percussion and energy decoupling theory.The modal frequency and energy distribution of the powertrain mounting system before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.The modal frequency of the powertrain mounting system after optimization effectively avoids the idle excitation of the engine,thus avoids resonance.At the same time,the decoupling rate under each degree of freedom is greatly improved.The test results show that the optimized vibration level significantly reduces,the vibration acceleration of each measuring point reduces by more than 30%when the engine is idling,the vibration of measuring points in the cab is also improved at medium and high engine speeds,and the overall comfort is promoted.
