摘　　要：目的:了解海口市家装公司员工甲醛认知度情况,为防制室内甲醛污染、提高居民居住质量和促进健康提供依据。方法:采用自行编制的甲醛认知度调查问卷对海口市家装公司部分员工进行调查。结果:海口市家装公司员工甲醛认知度的平均得分是(69.95±11.9)分。工龄7年及以上的员工平均得分是[75(70,80)]分,高于工龄1年以下员工的得分[65(55,70)]分和1~4年(不含4年)员工的得分[65(60,70)]分(P<0.05);本科及以上学历员工的平均得分是[75(65,80)]分,高于大专学历员工的得分[70(65,80)]分和大专以下学历员工的得分[65(55,70)]分(P<0.05)。员工了解甲醛污染危害的主要途径包括:互联网等新媒体(71.32%)、报纸杂志、广播影视、橱窗广告等传统媒体(58.09%)。员工对甲醛的挥发期、卫生标准、遗传毒性知晓率较低,分别为44.12%、44.85%、44.85%。对于甲醛是否具有致畸性、装修造成的甲醛污染是否需要专业治理和通风换气去除室内甲醛是否有效,大专、本科及以上学历员工知晓率都高于大专以下学历员工(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示影响甲醛认知度的因素主要是工龄和学历,工龄越长认知度越高,学历越高认知度越高。结论:海口市家装公司员工甲醛认知度偏低,员工了解甲醛的主要途径是互联网等新媒体,影响认知度的因素主要是工龄和学历。Objective:To understand the formaldehyde awareness of employees of Haikou home decoration company,and to provide basis for preventing indoor formaldehyde pollution,improving residents'living quality and promoting health.Methods:A self-designed formaldehyde awareness questionnaire was used to investigate some employees of Haikou home decoration company.Results:The average score of formaldehyde awareness of employees in Haikou home decoration company was(69.95±11.9)points.The average scores of employees with 7 or more than 7 years[75(70,80)]points were higher than those with less than 1 year[65(55,70)]points and 1~4(not include 4 years)[65(60,70)]points(P<0.05);The average score of employees with bachelor degree or above is[75(65,80)]points,which is higher than[70(65,80)]points of employees with college degree and[65(55,70)]points of employees with college degree or below(P<0.05).The main ways for employees to understand formaldehyde include:new media such as the Internet(71.32%),newspapers and magazines,radio,film and television,window advertising and other traditional media(58.09%).The awareness rate of formaldehyde volatilization period,hygienic standard and genotoxicity of employees is low,only 44.12%,44.85%and 44.85%.Whether formaldehyde is teratogenic,whether formaldehyde pollution caused by decoration needs professional treatment and ventilation,and whether indoor formaldehyde removal is effective,the awareness rate of college,undergraduate and above education is higher than that of college and below(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the main factors affecting recognition were length of service and education.The longer the length of service,the higher the recognition,the higher the education,and the higher the recognition.Conclusion:The formaldehyde awareness of employees of Haikou home decoration company is low.The main way for employees to understand formaldehyde is the Internet and other new media.The factors affecting their awareness are mainly length of service and educational background.
