摘 要:为探讨应用型本科学生应对方式、生命控制感与心理健康之间的关系,采用大学生生命控制感量表、简易应对方式量表、一般心理健康问卷对两所应用型本科高校504名大学生进行施测.结果表明:(1)生命控制感在不同年级上存在显著差异性,而在性别、专业类型、是否独生子女因素上不存在显著差异;(2)生命控制感与积极应对呈显著正相关,而与消极应对呈显著负相关;(3)生命控制感可以显著预测心理健康,应对方式在生命控制感和心理健康之间起中介作用.根据以上结果,实践中可从两个方面完善大学生的心理健康教育:(1)加强生命意义教育,重视人文关怀;(2)通过引导使用积极应对方式,提升心理健康水平.In order to explore the relationship among coping style,sense of life control and mental health of application-oriented university students,504 undergraduates from two application-oriented universities were tested with sense of life Control Scale,Simple coping style Scale and general mental health questionnaire.The results showed that:(1)there was significant difference in the sense of life control among different grades,but there was no significant difference in gender,major type and whether-or-not an only child;(2)Sense of life control was positively correlated with positive coping,and negatively correlated with negative coping.(3)Sense of life control can significantly predict mental health,and coping style plays a mediating role between sense of life control and mental health.Based on the above finding,in practice,undergraduate students’mental health education can be improved from two aspects:(1)strengthen the education of life meaning and attach importance to humanistic care;(2)improve mental health by introducing the use of positive coping styles.
