大健康背景下的食品科技创新研究

摘　　要：目前我国正处于大健康的背景下,人们的生活观念、就餐方式出现了新的变化,对食品的安全性、功能性提出了更高的要求。在这一现实背景下,我国应该提高食品科技创新的水平。本文对大健康的现实背景进行了界定,并探讨了目前我国食品科技创新中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的改善对策。At present,our country is under the background of great health.People’s life concept and dining style have changed,and higher requirements are put forward for the safety and functionality of food.Under this realistic background,my country should improve the level of food science and technology innovation.This article defines the actual background of big health,and discusses the current problems in China’ s food science and technology innovation,and proposes corresponding improvement measures on this basis.
