盐酸多奈哌齐片联合氯氮平分散片治疗阿尔茨海默病伴行为障碍的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析评价盐酸多奈哌齐片联合氯氮平分散片治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)伴行为障碍的临床效果。方法本次将我院收治的90例AD伴行为障碍患者作为研究的对象,时间为2017年1月至2019年1月,随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例;其中,对照组患者单用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组患者则采取盐酸多奈哌齐片联合氯氮平分散片治疗,进一步对两组临床治疗效果进行分析评价。结果观察组治疗总有效率的95.56%,和对照组的66.67%对比显著更高(P<0.05)。在简易精神状态评定量表(MMSE)、AD行为病理评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)评分上,两组医治前对比无显著差异性(P>0.05);经积极医治后,在MMSE评分方面观察组均显著要比对照组高,而BEHAVE-AD评分则显著要比对照组低(P<0.05)。在不良反应总发生率方面,观察组为8.89%,与对照组的11.11%比较略低,但两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在临床中,对AD伴行为障碍患者,给予盐酸多奈哌齐片联合氯氮平分散片医治疗效明显,能够促进患者精神状态和行为状态的改善,使用药不良反应发生率降低;所以具备推广及使用的价值。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with clozapine dispersible tablets in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with behavioral disorders.Methods Ninety patients with Alzheimer's disease and behavioral disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table,with an average of 45 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride alone,while those in the observation group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride.Qipian tablets combined with clozapine dispersible tablets were used to further analyze and evaluate the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).In the scores of MMSE and BEHAVE-AD,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after active treatment,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the scores of BEHAVE-AD were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the total incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group was 8.89%,which was slightly lower than the control group's 11.11%,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In clinic,donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with clozapine dispersible tablets are effective in treating Alzheimer's disease with behavioral disorders,which can improve the mental and behavioral state of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
