半夏泻心汤及其加减方治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价半夏泻心汤及其加减方用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床预后效果,为溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗工作提供参考,分析中医治疗优势。方法选择医院2018年2月至2019年9月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者84例。采取随机数表法将患者进行分组治疗。对照组42例患者采取常规西药治疗,试验组42例患者配合半夏泻心汤及其加减方治疗。对比两组患者的预后效果,包括治疗效果、安全性以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、脓血消失时间、腹痛消失时间、腹泻消失时间。结果在临床疗效方面,试验组溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗后疗效明显高于对照组,P<0.05;在结肠镜评分方面,试验组患者评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者的TNF-α、IL-1水平均明显低于治疗前,且试验组患者TNF-α、IL-1水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05;试验组脓血消失时间、腹痛消失时间、腹泻消失时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。组间用药安全性比较接近,P>0.05。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上配合半夏泻心汤及其加减方治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的整体效果显著,更具安全性、有效性,利于促进患者症状体征改善。Objective To evaluate the clinical prognostic effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its modified prescriptions in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis,provide a reference for the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis,and analyze the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 84 patients with ulcerative colitis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected.A random number table method was adopted to group patients with ulcerative colitis for treatment.The 42 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the 42 patients in the test group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its modification.Compare the prognostic effect of the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis in the control group and the experimental group,including the therapeutic effect,safety,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1(interleukin,IL-1),disappearance time of pus and blood,abdominal pain and diarrhea.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the efficacy of patients in the test group with ulcerative colitis after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;in terms of colonoscopy scores,the scores of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The levels of TNF-αand IL-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-1 in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the disappearance time of pus and blood in the test group,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,and diarrhea was significantly shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.The safety of medication between the groups was relatively close,P>0.05.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its modified decoction has a significant overall effect,which is more safe and effective,and promotes the improvement of
