摘　　要：咬合板是可影响颌位关系的可摘式人工咬合面,又称[牙合]垫,适用于颞下颌功能紊乱病的诊断和治疗,以及义齿修复过程中咬合位置的确定。咬合板作为可逆性手段,是咬合治疗第一阶段既保守治疗阶段使用的第一步装置。咬合板种类繁多,使用目的和临床效果不同,临床医师尚缺乏对其临床适应证选择、规范化使用、治疗过程管理等方面的正确认识,也对其临床操作步骤和使用注意事项缺乏了解,本文拟从临床应用的角度结合临床效果加以阐述。The occlusal splint is the removable artificial occlusal surface affecting the relationship of the mandible to the maxillae used for diagnosis or therapy. It’s often used in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular dysfunction and denture restoration with occlusal positioning. As a reversible means, the occlusal splint is the first step management used in the conservative treatment stage of occlusal treatment. There are many kinds of splint, which have different purposes and clinical effects. Dentists still lack knowledge about the selection of clinical indications, instruction of use, management of treatment process and cautions of usage of occlusal splint. Therefore, this article intends to elaborate from the perspective of clinical application combined with clinical effects of occlusal splint.
