摘　　要：目的探讨头部冷疗装置在乳腺癌患者化疗所致脱发中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年5月在我院普外科住院的60例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,将2018年10月至2019年1月住院的30例乳腺癌患者作为对照组,2019年2月至5月住院的30例乳腺癌患者作为观察组,其中对照组3例脱落,观察组2例脱落,最终对照组共纳入27例,观察组共纳入28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上于化疗药物输注前、后使用医用控温仪进行头部冷疗护理。比较两组患者不同化疗周期的脱发程度及化疗脱发困扰量表评分。结果化疗4个疗程结束后,对照组的脱发缓解率为0.0%,观察组的脱发缓解率为42.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的化疗脱发困扰在生理、情感、日常活动得分及总得分上低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头部冷疗装置可以显著缓解乳腺癌患者化疗所致脱发的情况,也可改善脱发引起的困扰情绪,值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the application effect of head cold therapy device on hair loss caused by chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.Methods From October 2018 to May 2019,60 cases of breast cancer patients admitted in general surgery of our hospital were selected as the research objects.Thirty cases of breast cancer hospitalized from October 2018 to January 2019 were selected as control group,thirty cases of breast cancer hospitalized in February to May 2019 were selected as observation group,of which 3 cases in the control group fell off,and 2 cases in the observation group fell off.Finally the control group included 27 cases,and the observation group included 28 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received head cold therapy nursing with medical temperature controller before and after chemotherapy drug infusion on the basis of the control group.The degree of hair loss and the score of chemotherapy hair loss distress scale were compared between the two groups.Results After four courses of chemotherapy,the remission rate of hair loss was 0.0%in the control group and 42.9%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiology,emotion,daily activities and total scores of chemotherapy alopecia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The head cold therapy device can significantly alleviate the hair loss caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,and can also improve the troubled mood caused by hair loss,which is worthy of wide application in clinic.
