火龙果果皮色素制备哑光型口红的研究

摘　　要：目的:以火龙果果皮红色素为原料,通过L16(45)正交试验法,研究天然色素哑光型口红的制备工艺和最佳基质处方配比,确定哑光型口红的配比;并以溶解温度及加热条件、感观检查、色素总固体含量、热敏性(耐寒、热)以及过敏性试验为质量标准指标进行考察、评价,筛选出最佳方案。结果:天然色素哑光型口号的最佳基质配比最佳配比为混合蜡︰橄榄油︰无水羊毛脂︰维生素E︰白凡士林=4︰0.2︰0.5︰0.3︰5。结论:通过验证试验,研究表明所选取的制备方法合理可行。在此最佳基质配方下制备其口红,经质量稳定性考察,哑光型口红的色泽度、亮度均匀、粗糙度适宜、总固体含量高、耐热、寒性良好、无肌肤过敏性症状。Objective: Using red pigment from pitaya peel as raw material, through L16(45) orthogonal test, the preparation technology and the best matrix formula ratio of natural pigment matte lipstick were studied, and the ratio of matte lipstick was determined The dissolution temperature and heating conditions,sensory examination, pigment total solid content, heat sensitivity(cold resistance, heat resistance) and allergy test were taken as quality standard indexes to investigate and evaluate, and the best scheme was screened out. Results: The best matrix ratio of natural pigment matte slogan is mixed wax︰olive oil︰anhydrous lanolin︰vitamin E︰white vaseline=4︰0.2︰0.5︰0.3︰5. Conclusion: Through verification test, the study shows that the selected preparation method is reasonable and feasible. The lipstick prepared under the optimal matrix formula has the advantages of uniform color and brightness, suitable roughness, high total solid content,good heat resistance and coldness, and no skin allergic symptoms.
