摘　　要：首先,结合促进民营经济高质量发展31条扶持政策目标,构建了民营企业扶持性政策执行效果评价指标,基于民营企业角度,采用模糊综合评价方法对浙江省民营企业扶持性政策执行效果进行了综合评价,研究结果表明民营企业对政府扶持性政策效果综合评分偏低;其次,通过调查问卷数据深入分析,发现政策执行的过程中还存在着很多阻碍,说明政策不能有效落实。最后,根据上述分析结果,给出一定建议,希望民营经济政策的制定与实施得到改善。First of all,combined with objectives of 31 supporting policy to promote the high-quality development of private economy,this paper constructs the evaluation index of the implementation effect of supporting policies for private enterprises.Based on the perspective of private enterprises,this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the implementation effect of supporting policies for private enterprises in Zhejiang Province.The results show that private enterprises have a low comprehensive score on the effect of government supportive policies.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of the questionnaire data,it is found that there are still many obstacles in the process of policy implementation,indicating that the policy can not be effectively implemented.Finally,according to the above analysis results,this paper gives some suggestions,Hope the formulation and implementation of private economic policies will be improved.
