摘  要:目的探讨口腔锥形束CT在上颌埋伏牙诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院口腔科于2018年1月至2020年8月期间诊治、检查的120例上颌埋伏牙患者为研究对象,均接受口腔锥形束CT检查,总结分析检查结果,分析其在上颌埋伏牙诊断中的实际应用价值。结果 120例患者上颌埋伏牙均获得清晰显示,其中包括多生牙80颗,阻生牙40颗。多生牙相较正常牙齿明显小且呈尖型发育,往往合并不同程度的畸形,其中患牙位于唇侧25颗,腭侧30颗,牙根尖部15颗,两颗正常牙齿中间10颗。阻生牙中尖牙8颗,中切牙为20颗,侧切牙8颗,第三磨牙为4颗。结论口腔锥形束CT应用于上颌埋伏牙的诊断,良好地展现了多生牙、阻生牙的部位、数量以及形态等信息,可以为后续治疗方案提供更加直观和立体的信息,具有非常重要的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of conical beam CT in the diagnosis of maxillary impacted teeth.Methods A total of 120 patients with maxillary impacted teeth who were treated and examined in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All patients un-derwent cone-beam CT examination of the mouth. The results were summarized and analyzed to analyze the practical application value of the cone-beam CT examination in the diagnosis of maxillary impacted teeth. Results The maxillary impacted teeth were clearly displayed in 120 patients, including 80 redundant teeth and 40 impacted teeth respectively. Compared with the normal teeth, the supernumerary teeth are obviously smaller and have sharp development, often with different degrees of deformities. Among them, 25 and 30 affected teeth are located on the labial side and the palatal side respectively, 15 and 10 affected teeth are located on the apex of the root and between the two normal teeth respectively. In the impacted teeth, there were 8 canines and 20 central incisors, 8 lateral incisors and 4 third molars. Conclusion The application of cone-beam CT in the diagnosis of maxillary impacted teeth can well show the location, number and shape of additional teeth and impacted teeth, which can provide more intuitive and three-dimensional information for the subsequent treatment plan, and has a very important clinical application value.
