摘  要:近年来,随着化工产业的信息化、自动化、融合化和智能化趋势的增强,单一、保守不够灵活传统的化学化工类教育模式和人才培养模式,无法适应新科技人才的培养。科技竞赛是高校学生综合运用多学科知识解决实际问题,提高创新能力的一种有效途径。本文以学生为主体,以教师为指导的运作模式,将科技创新竞赛融入新科技人才培养全过程,构建企业与学校"双服务平台",将专业能力培养与创新能力培养相结合,建设化学化工新科技人才培养体系。In recent years,with the increasing trend of informatization,automation,integration and intelligence in the chemical industry,the traditional chemical education model and talent training model that is single,conservative and inflexible cannot adapt to the training of new scientific and technological talents in chemical industry.Technology competition is an effective way for college students to comprehensively use multi-disciplinary knowledge to solve practical problems and improve their innovation ability.This article takes students as the main body and teachers as the guidance of the operation mode,integrates the technology innovation competition into the whole process of chemical new science and technology personnel training,builds a“dual service platform”for enterprises and schools,and combines professional ability training and innovation ability training,to build a new scientific and technological personnel training system in chemical industry.
