摘　　要：目的探讨真实世界研究对临床药师的挑战和机遇。方法介绍真实世界研究在药品安全性、有效性和经济性评价中的应用实例,据此总结临床药师面临的具体问题。结果与结论基于真实世界数据所得到的证据有力地推动了临床药物治疗的发展。在临床治疗团队中,临床药师更关注患者的用药问题,真实世界研究是临床药师全面评价药品的安全性、有效性、经济性及药品应用合理性的有效模式。同时,应加强临床药师临床药学能力的培养,完善科研工具,促使临床药师转变职业定位。Objective To investigate the challenges and opportunities of real-world research for clinical pharmacists.Methods The application examples of the real-world research in the evaluation of drug safety,effectiveness and economy were introduced,and the specific problems faced by clinical pharmacists were summarized.Results and Conclusion The evidence based on real-world data has effectively promoted the development of clinical drug therapy.In the clinical treatment team,clinical pharmacists paid more attention to the medication problems of patients.The real-world research is an effective model for clinical pharmacists to comprehensively evaluate the safety,effectiveness,economy and rationality of drug application.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the training of clinical pharmacy ability for clinical pharmacists,improve scientific research tools and promote clinical pharmacists to change their professional orientation.
