摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在医院药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作模式中的参与度及参与效果。方法从医院药物警戒系统中提取某院2018年至2020年上报的ADR,统计各年、各类ADR例数及对应的临床药师参与度,并分析其相关性。结果3年间,医院ADR(总的及严重的)上报例数及临床药师在ADR上报工作的参与度均呈逐年增长趋势;各类ADR中临床药师参与上报例数占比较大,且临床药师在总体ADR上报及不同类别ADR上报中的参与度均呈逐年增长趋势,其中2019年和2020年在新的ADR及严重ADR上报中的参与度均大于80%;该院新的ADR及严重ADR上报例数与临床药师参与度呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论临床药师在医院新的ADR及严重ADR监测中的参与度较高,建立相适应的临床药师ADR监测工作模式,增强监测意识,提高参与度,可促进医院ADR监测工作的高效开展。Objective To investigate the clinical pharmacists'participation in adverse drug reaction(ADR)monitoring mode in a hospital and its effect.Methods ADRs reported by a hospital from 2018 to 2020 were extracted from the hospital pharmacovigilance system,the ADRs and the corresponding participation of clinical pharmacists in each year were collected,and the correlation was analyzed.Results In the past three years,the ADRs(total and severe)reported cases and the participation of clinical pharmacists in ADR reporting showed an increasing trend year by year.Among all kinds of ADRs,the ADR reported by clinical pharmacists accounted for a large proportion,and the participation of clinical pharmacists in the overall ADR reporting and different types of ADR reporting showed an increasing trend year by year,of which the participation in the new ADRs and severe ADRs reporting was more than 80%in 2019 and 2020.The reported cases of new ADRs and severe ADRs in the hospital were positively correlated with the participation of clinical pharmacists(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the monitoring of new ADRs and severe ADRs in the hospital is high.Establishing an appropriate ADR monitoring mode of clinical pharmacists,enhancing the monitoring awareness and improving participation can promote the efficient development of ADR monitoring in the hospital.
