摘 要:以QuEChERS方法处理样品,用气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定芹菜基质中48种农药的基质效应。结果表明:48种农药的溶剂曲线和基质曲线线性良好,相关系数均达到0.99以上,可用其斜率计算农药的基质效应。不同农药在芹菜基质中基质效应不同,48种农药中,芹菜基质只对3种农药有基质抑制效应,其余农药均是基质增强效应,因此,在实际检测工作中,为了减小基质效应造成的数据误差,需要根据待测组分以及待测物种类选取合适的空白基质配制标准曲线,以确保最终数据的准确性。The matrix effects of 48 pesticides in celery matrix were studied by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)with QuEChERS method.The results showed that the linearity of solvent curve and matrix curve of 48 pesticides was good,and the correlation coefficient were all above 0.99,and the matrix effect of these pesticides could be calculated by the slope.Different pesticides has different matrix effect in celery,there are only 3 pesticide of 48 pesticides were responsed matrix inhibitory effect,others were responsed matrix enhancement effect.Therefore,in order to ensure the accuracy of the final data and reduce the data error,we can use the standard matrix curve to quantify accurate data in daily testing.
