摘 要:为提升学生对工业自动化相关课程知识的综合运用能力,设计了基于流程工业生产工艺的虚拟仿真实验教学资源。依托三维仿真技术、多媒体人机交互、数据库、可编程控制器和网络通讯技术,构建了面向啤酒酿造工艺的虚拟仿真生产线。为学生提供了"新工科"建设背景下的先进实践教学手段,弥补了传统实验教学环境脱离实际生产过程、综合型实验教学设备硬件资源有限等问题,提高了课程的授课质量和实践教学效果。This paper introduces a virtual simulation experimental teaching source based on process industry, which was designed for improving the students’ comprehensive abilities of knowledge application in industrial automation curriculum. The teaching source used several technologies to build a virtual simulation beer production line, including 3 D simulation, man-machine interface of multimedia, database, programmable logic controller, and network communication. It is an advanced teaching practice means for students against the background of New Engineering. It solves the problems in traditional experimental teaching, such as being far away from engineering practice, lacking the integrated teaching attachments and so on, and thus it can improve the teaching quality and experimental teaching effect.
