摘　　要：生物化学理论与实验是生物技术专业重要的专业基础课程,教学方法和手段的选择是课堂教学的关键。随着新的教学方法和手段不断涌现,将多种教学方法和教学手段(PBL法、智慧课堂等)有机结合,并引入生物化学理论和实验的教学实践当中,真正建立以学生为中心的教学模式,通过教学模式的改革和优化,激发学生学习兴趣和潜能,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,极大提高了课堂教学效率、学生参与度,全面提升了学生的综合能力。Biochemical theory and experiment are important basic courses for biotechnology major. How to choose teaching methods and means is the key to classroom teaching. With the emergence of new teaching methods and means, various teaching methods and teaching means(PBL method, wisdom classroom teaching, etc.) are organically introduced into the teaching practice of biochemical theory and experiment so as to truly establish the student-centered teaching mode. By the reform and optimization of teaching methods, it is helpful for stimulating students’ learning interest and potential, enhancing students’ subjective initiative, greatly improving the efficiency of classroom management and students’ participation, and improving the students’ comprehensive ability.
