摘　　要：生物实验室的安全防护非常重要,规范实验室设备、建筑结构布局和安全制度是保障实验室安全的关键。国际上,根据实验室内被操作对象的潜在危害性和实验室的防护水平,将生物实验室分为一至四级,危害程度不同的生物因子须在相应防护要求下的生物安全实验室中进行实验操作。为此介绍了生物安全实验室的概念、分类及建设标准,重点介绍一至四级生物安全实验室的防护要求。The safety protection of biological laboratory is very important. The key to ensure the safety of laboratory is to standardize the layout of laboratory equipment, building structure and safety system. Internationally, according to the potential hazards of the objects in the laboratory and the protection level of the laboratory, biological laboratories are divided into one of four levels. Biological factors with different levels of harm must be carried out in the biosafety laboratory under the corresponding protection requirements. This paper introduces the concept, classification and construction standard of biological safety laboratory, and focuses on the protection requirements of level I to level IV biological safety laboratory.
