摘　　要：高校实验室是培养学生创新实践能力与综合素质的主要场所,根据用途不同,一般分为教学实验室和科研实验室,两种类型实验室运行特点不同,安全管理模式也有差异。通过分析天津医科大学生物化学与分子生物学系教学和科研实验室在实际运行中存在的安全隐患,根据实验室的特点,分别阐述了两种实验室安全管理的实践探索,形成了符合学科特点的教学、科研实验室安全管理模式,期望为其它高校同类实验室安全管理提供借鉴。Laboratory is the main place to cultivate students’ practical ability and comprehensive quality in university. It is generally divided into teaching laboratory and scientific research laboratory according to the different function. The two types of laboratories have different operation characteristics and different safety management modes. In this article, through analysis of teaching and scientific research laboratory in safety hazards existing in the actual operation, according to the characteristics of the laboratory, two types of laboratory safety management measures are respectively expounded, to form the different safety management mode accord with the characteristics of teaching, scientific research laboratory. Lastly, it is expected to provide reference for the safety management of similar laboratories in other universities.
