机械类教学实验室安全管理方案的探索与实施

摘　　要：为了给学生提供安全开放的实验环境,针对所承担的机械类项目实践课程,西安交通大学机械设计基础实验室采用划分实验室安全等级、增强学生安全意识、建立学生档案和实验室门禁、建立危险设备档案及使用登记、监督与警示等措施,既实现了实验室的安全管理,还为学生提供了弹性的学习时间。自2018年起,实验室开始实行这套安全管理方案,期间共承担实践类项目约70余项,确保了实验室和师生人身的安全。实验室安全管理是一项长期工作,应与时俱进、因地制宜,才能为教学和科研提供有力的安全保障和高效的服务。In order to provide a safe and open experimental environment for students, especially for mechanical practice courses, The Basic Laboratory of Mechanical Design of Xi’an Jiaotong University adopted measures to classify laboratory safety levels, enhance students’ safety awareness, build student files and laboratory access control, establish dangerous equipment files and using registration, supervision and warning. That not only realizes the safety management of the laboratory, but also provides students with flexible study time. Since 2018, the laboratory has begun to implement the safety management methods. During the period, it has undertaken more than 70 practical projects and ensured the safety of the laboratory and experimenters. Laboratory safety management is a long-term work, which should keep pace with the times and adapt to local conditions in order to provide powerful safety guarantees and efficient services for teaching and scientific research.
