摘  要:针对五轴数控机床后置处理中由于平动轴和旋转轴的联动产生的非线性误差,提出一种基于误差建模的非线性误差在线预测与补偿方法。根据任意两个相邻刀位数据点产生的非线性误差,获得误差的分布特征,建立起误差分布模型;利用最小二乘法求解出非线性误差的数学表达式,经与误差许用值相比较来确定新的刀位点,从而实现非线性误差的在线预测及补偿。以实际加工数据为例,在MATLAB环境下进行仿真研究,验证了所提出方法的有效性。In the post-processing of five axis CNC machine tool,the nonlinear error will be caused by the linkage of translation axis and rotation axis.In order to reduce its influence on machining accuracy,a online prediction and compensation method for nonlinear error based on error modeling is proposed.The error distribution characteristics were obtained according to the nonlinear error generated by any two adjacent tool bit points,and thus the error distribution model was established.Furthermore,the least square method was used to solve the mathematical expression of nonlinear error,and a new tool point was determined by comparing it with the allowable error value,so as to realize the online prediction and compensation of nonlinear error.Taking the actual processing data as an example,the simulation research is carried out under MATLAB environment.The simulation results show that the proposed nonlinear error compensation approach is effective and efficient.
