摘  要:对现行有机化学实验教材中由Grignard反应合成醇的实验进行了改进,引入非对映选择性、Cram规则等立体化学知识.以2-苯基丙醛与苯基溴化镁加成,得到非等量的两对对映体的混合产物,并依据核磁氢谱确定了其相对含量.该实验所用试剂价廉易得,仪器设备简单,反应易于操作,结果直观明显,实验效果好,值得本科教学推广.This paper describes an improved experiment on the synthesis of alcohols by Grignard reaction in the current organic chemistry experimental textbooks,in which the stereochemistry knowledge such as Cram rule and diastereoselectivity was introduced and applied.The mixed product of two pairs of enantiomers was obtained by the addition reaction of 2-phenylpropanal and phenylmagnesium bromide,and the relative content of the two pairs of enantiomers was determined according to ^(1)H NMR.The reagents used in this experiment are cheap and easy to obtain,the equipment is simple,the reaction is easy to operate,and the results are intuitive and obvious.The experiment is worth promoting in undergraduate teaching.
