摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)、表皮生长因子样结构域-7(EGFL7)在乳腺癌患者癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月期间于濮阳市安阳地区医院接受诊疗的82例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,观察所有入选者临床病理特征,分析不同病理特征乳腺癌患者癌组织中OPN、EGFL7表达及临床意义。结果TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、发生淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者癌组织中OPN阳性表达率高于TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、未发生淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者(P<0.05);TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、发生淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者癌组织中EGFL7阳性表达率高于TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、未发生淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者(P<0.05)。结论OPN、EGFL7可能参与乳腺癌疾病进展,与乳腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移密切相关。【Objective】To investigate the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin(OPN)and epithelial growth factor-like domain 7(EGFL 7)in cancer tissues of patients with breast cancer.【Methods】Eighty-two patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the clinicopathological features of all selected patients were observed,the expression and clinical significance of OPN and EGFL 7 in cancer tissues of breast cancer patients with different pathological characteristics were analyzed.【Results】The positive expression rate of OPN in cancer tissues of breast cancer patients with TNM stageⅢ-Ⅳand lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients with TNM stageⅠ-Ⅱand without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of EGFL 7 in cancer tissues of breast cancer patients with TNM stageⅢ-Ⅳand lymph node metastasis was higher than that in breast cancer patients with TNM stageⅠ-Ⅱand without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).【Conclusion】OPN and EGFL 7 may be involved in the progression of breast cancer,which is closely related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
