复明地黄汤辅治中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复明地黄汤辅治中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的效果。方法:50例按照随机数字表法分为常规组(25例27眼)和观察组(25例28眼)。两组均用常规西医治疗,观察组加用复明地黄汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组89.29%、常规组74.07%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组视力及眼底改善时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗30天后观察组中央1mm黄斑厚度、中央6mm黄斑厚度、黄斑容积小于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗30天后观察组视野缺损、黄斑水肿高度、荧光渗漏面积小于常规组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组20.00%、常规组12.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复明地黄汤辅治CSC疗效较好且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Fuming Dihuang Decoction on central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods:Fifty cases were divided into routine group(25 cases,27 eyes)and observation group(25 cases,28 eyes)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were additionally treated with Fuming Dihuang Decoction.Results:The total effective rate was 89.29%in the observation group and 74.07%in the routine group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement time of visual acuity and fundus in the observation group was shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the central 1 mm macular thickness,6 mm central macular thickness and macular volume in the observation group were smaller than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the visual field defect,macular edema height and fluorescence leakage area in the observation group were smaller than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%in the observation group and 12.00%in the routine group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuming Dihuang Decoction is effective and safe in adjuvant treatment of CSC.
