中医阴阳学说探析

摘　　要：阴阳学说贯穿于中医学理论体系的各个层面,是中医学的基本指导思想与重要理论工具,涉及藏象、经络、病机、治疗、方药、针灸、养生等中医学主要理论范畴的内容。对于阴阳的概念,应理清阴阳与矛盾的关系,并区分哲学阴阳与医学阴阳的不同。医学阴阳有其特定的医学内容,可直接用于具体指导临床实践,主要包括:①是无形之气与有形之质的抽象表述;②代表了事物不同的特性;③对形神关系的代称;④通过“四时”的概念与五行联系在一起。此外,阴阳还是中医象思维方式的重要体现,参与中医学理论体系的构建。Yin Yang theory,which runs through all levels of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,is the basic guiding ideology and important theoretical tool of traditional Chinese medicine.It involves the contents of the main theoretical categories of traditional Chinese medicine,such as Zang Xiang,meridians,pathogenesis,treatment,prescriptions,acupuncture and health preservation.For the concept of Yin and Yang,we should clarify the relationship between Yin-Yang and contradiction,and distinguish the differences between philosophical Yin-Yang and medical Yin-Yang.Medical Yin-Yang has its specific medical content,which can be directly used to guide clinical practice,mainly including:①It is the abstract expression of intangible Qi and tangible quality;②It represents the different characteristics of things;③A substitute for the relationship between form and spirit;④It is connected with the five elements through the concept of"four seasons".In addition,Yin and Yang is also an important embodiment of the image thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine and participates in the construction of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.
