两宋伤寒学派快速发展之成因探析

摘　　要：两宋时期有关《伤寒论》的医家医著较前代增长迅速,伤寒学派也得到快速发展。北宋治平年间,校正医书局校勘的《伤寒论》成为定本,但校勘者对于《伤寒论》内容的取舍未说明缘由,使伤寒理论出现不同观点;雕版印刷术的普及使其更加迅速地传播,且政府重视医学的推广,促进了《伤寒论》及其理论被更多人阅读和研究;加之部分士人阶层开始习医,医生开始习儒,使医生的文化素质得到提高;宋代医家不断对《伤寒论》进行阐发,医家之间互相推崇也促进了伤寒学派的发展;两宋时期伤寒疾病流行受到医家重视,促进了伤寒理论的发展。正是以上多种原因相结合,共同促进伤寒学派在两宋时期得到迅速发展。In the Song Dynasty,the number of doctors and books of Shang Han Lun was increasing rapidly than before,and the Shanghan school also developed rapidly.the Bureau for Revision Medical Books revised Shang Han Lun to make it an official edition during the reign of Zhiping in the Northern Song Dynasty,however,the selection of some contents of Shang Han Lun by Song dynasty officials did not explain the reason,which caused Shanghan theory in different views.The popularity of block printing made it spread more rapid,and the government attached great importance to the promotion of medical science,which promoted Shang Han Lun and its theory to be read by more physicians.In addition,some Confucian scholars began to practice medicine and doctors began to practice Confucianism,which improved the cultural quality of doctors.And doctors constantly elaborated and developed the Shang Han Lun,mutual respect among doctors also promoted the development of Shanghan school as well.The epidemic of exogenons febrile disease in Song dynasty was paid more attention by doctors and promoted the development of Shanghan theory.It was the combination of the above reasons that promoted the rapid development of Shanghan school in the Song dynasty.
