摘  要:我国关于教师生存的研究经历了萌芽期、平缓发展期、研究深化期等三个阶段,在教师的生存状态、生存策略等方面获得长足进步。教师的生存状态包括生存的主体、空间、活动、时间等视角的研究;生存策略分为教师应对生存问题的因应策略以及改变现有状态的更新策略。整体而言,表现出三大特点,即教师生存定位模糊、研究方法逐渐多样、研究对象需丰富化。未来,对于教师生存的研究应更多关注青年教师,关注民办高校,这有助于加强民办高校青年教师的队伍建设。The research on teachers’survival in China has experienced three stages:embryonic stage,gentle development stage and research deepening stage,and has made great progress in teachers’survival status and survival strategies.The living state of teachers includes the research from the perspectives of subject,space,time and activity.Survival strategies are divided into teachers’coping strategies to deal with survival problems and renewal strategies to change the existing state.On the whole,it shows three characteristics:the vague orientation of teachers’survival,the gradual diversity of research methods and the enrichment of research objects.In the future,in the research on the survival of teachers,more attention should be paid to young teachers and private universities,which will help to strengthen the team construction of young teachers in private universities.
