高校财会工作者心理健康对主观幸福感的影响:乐观的中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨高校财会工作者心理健康、乐观与主观幸福感的关系。采用一般健康状况问卷、心理资本问卷和总体幸福感问卷对106名高校财会工作者进行问卷调查。结果表明:高校财会工作者心理健康与主观幸福感和心理资本及各维度得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.378~-0.602,P<0.05);主观幸福感与心理资本及各维度得分均呈显著正相关(r=0.496~0.650,P<0.05);心理健康可显著预测主观幸福感;乐观在心理健康和主观幸福感间起部分中介作用(β=0.306,P<0.05)。开发和培养高校财会工作者心理资本,培育乐观心态,有助于改善其心理健康和主观幸福感。To investigate the relationship between mental health,optimistic and subjective well-being in the finance staff at university.A total of 106 finance staff at university were tested by GHQ-12,PCQ,GWB.Results:The school financial staff's mental health had significant negative correlation with subjective well-being,psychological capital and all dimensions(r=-0.378~-0.602,P<0.05);The school financial staff's subjective well-being had significant positive correlation with psychological capital and all dimensions(r=0.496~0.650,P<0.05);The school financial staff's mental health could significantly predict subjective well-being.The optimistic was playing a part of intermediary role between mental health and subjective well-being(β=0.306,P<0.05).Developing and cultivating the psychological capital of school finance staff,especially cultivating optimism,will improve their mental health and subjective well-being.
