摘　　要：主要阐述机器人全自动制样系统在酒钢储运部的应用,煤粉通过自动输送、自动缩分、破碎磨粉、称重、自动包装、自动清洗以及除尘和控制为一体的模块化全自动制样装置,实现了煤炭自动制取全水分样、分析样及存查样。全过程由计算机管理系统自动控制,无人工参与,符合国家煤矿电力行业检测要求。In robot set automatic sample preparation system utilizing the application,pulverized coal are classified,broken through the automatic transmission,automatic milling,automatic weighing,packaging and cleaning,and dust removal and control for the integration of modular automatic sample preparation equipment,has realized the automatic coal preparing all water samples,sample analysis and respectively.The whole process is automatically controlled by the computer management system,without manual participation,in line with the national coal mine power industry testing requirements.
